Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GrahaYog, we want to ensure complete transparency regarding the purchase of our digital astrology, numerology, and tarot reports.
1. Digital Products
Because our reports and services are digitally generated and instantly delivered upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once an AI-generated report or astrological chart has been processed and delivered to your screen or inbox, we cannot issue a refund.
2. Subscriptions and Memberships
If you subscribe to our monthly premium services (such as Danger Dates or Monthly Memberships), your subscription will automatically renew each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation will prevent future billing, but we do not offer prorated refunds for the remainder of a billing cycle in which you cancel. You will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period.
3. Technical Errors and Exceptions
While our policy is strictly no-refunds for digital goods, we recognize that technical issues can occasionally occur. We will gladly offer a refund or a free regeneration of your report if:
- You were charged for a report, but the system failed to deliver the report due to a server error.
- The generated report was delivered completely empty or corrupted.
- You were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.
If you experience any of these technical issues, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your transaction details.
4. Disagreement with AI Output
Astrology and numerology are subjective fields, and our reports are generated using Artificial Intelligence interpreting ancient texts. We do not issue refunds based on a disagreement with the report's findings, dissatisfaction with the astrological predictions, or if the report did not align with your personal expectations.
